How do I remove a Google review that a customer left and even left a picture of me saying false things about me

Oh my goodness, how am I supposed to film the street, run to the office building, tap into the gate, wait for lift and get to level 14, run to the unit, unlock and film the documents and materials all under 2 minutes? Google needs to change something..

Great video normally, I use Google post when I post all my listed properties or all my close properties so people can see what type of deals that I’m doing I think that is a great idea and I also think that is a great idea as I have so many reviews already thank you

Hey I have a question that I can't find the answer to. If I set up a second separate business at the same address as another business on Google maps, which business will show up on Google maps when somebody is scrolling around the map? How does Google choose which business to show?

I can't do it. That's a black hat tactic to me. Google's going to eventually realize that they made a mistake and start busting some folks.

So, if you have a service business, you don't have a physical location but operate within a specific area. Does that mean competitors can't push you out, or can they still affect your business even if it's service-based?

I wouldn't recommend people do this -- getting your GMB suspended isn't worth it in the long term. Plus, everyone will do this and Google will notice.

Here's one I don't think you've covered yet: In early 2023 I moved my local martial arts brick and mortar school from our own dedicated location to a shared space with another martial arts school. My Google business profile got marked closed at the old physical address. Is it possible to move my address/GBP to the new location without displacing the GBP of the business we share space with? In other words, can we both have our GBPs in the same physical location? Thanks for your time! Keep up the great work!

This video is very helpful for business owners who receive fake reviews. There are so many videos on UA-cam about this topic. However, I have not seen any videos that try to help customers who post honest negative Google reviews that the business owners hide them?

Just happened to me and now Google has suspended my account and won’t allow me to get my GMB page back. Worse, because my account was attached to all my clients, they suspended all of them as well.

This just happened to a client of mine last week. Pin was maliciously moved over an hour away. Upon editing it back to the correct location, re-verification was triggered. Ridiculous. Contacting Google was useless. The client now has to re-verify. However, we did suggest an edit and moved it back to the correct location but the account is still quasi unverified as the client does not want to call Google. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP.

sorry but google's review system needs to be changed. you should have to produce a receipt or a contract from the business before reviewing them. it should be like the Ebay feedback system - you can only leave feedback for relevant transactions.

That is NOT what Google said. They explicitly clarified "we won't index sites that can't *load* on mobile". The exact impact of merely looking abd on mobile is unclear.
